Does Alto offer pre-scheduled rides?

Yes! We can preschedule you a ride with 24 hours advanced notice. Click here to book.

Why is there a 10-15 minute wait?

We know that predictable wait times are important to our customers. We also know that we will never be 2 minutes away from your door given that we own our cars and employ our drivers. So our commitment to you is to always be 10-15 minutes away when you book.

How do I request a ride?

Once you download the app and choose your membership type, the first screen you’ll see when you login is “Where to?” Use this screen to type or drop a pin on your exact pickup location then proceed to the “Book Screen” to confirm your ride.

How do I personalize my ride?

From the “Where to?” homepage in the app, scroll to the right to access your personal ride settings screen. Here you are able to adjust your music Vibe as well as turn on Do Not Disturb mode for a non-conversational trip.

How do I add a promo code?

Tap the “Profile” button at the bottom of the homepage and scroll down to “Promotions” and enter your promo code in the space provided. Please note, promo codes are case sensitive.

Are you in other cities?

We are currently navigating Dallas and Fort Worth but are planning to gain ground to additional cities in 2020.
